Reserve Alloy Crash Replacement

Reserve AL rims are covered by a comprehensive, factory-backed crash replacement policy. 

Smash a rim, you get a free replacement, for the lifetime of the original owner.

If you need a replacement, please contact us and submit a warranty claim on the Reserve Rider Support page.

When you reach `Which MTB hub model?' in the process, select `Other - built with my own hub'.

Reserve will assess and approve it pronto, and send your rim to our shop. 

There are two ways we offer this service. 

A) You post your Yama hub to Raild in Oxford Falls, Sydney.

> Replacement Rim - FREE
> Labour to rebuild wheel - FREE
> Spokes - $2 each
> Express post to return wheel - $25

Before posting in, hub must have rotor and cassette removed. It can then be removed from the rim by cutting the spokes with bolt cutters. 

B) We post you your replacement rim for you to sort locally. The only charge is $25 for express post to get your rim to you.

Carbon Crash Replacement

MTSM/Yama Carbon rims are covered by a comprehensive, factory-backed crash replacement policy. 

For the lifetime of the original owner, replacements for cracked/broken carbon rims are provided free of charge.

There are two ways we offer this service. 

A) You post your Yama hub to Raild in Oxford Falls, Sydney.

> Replacement Rim - FREE
> Labour to rebuild wheel - FREE
> Spokes - $2 each
> Express post to return wheel - $25

B) We post you your replacement rim for you to sort locally. The only charge is $19 for express post to get your rim to you.

Hub Warranty

Yama hubs are covered by a three year warranty against manufacturing defects.
